Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, promotions, or due to inventory checks. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a shipping restriction applies to your address, it will be shown during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping service

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your order ships, contact us and we will help investigate.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

- Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or items
We will work with you and the carrier when possible to resolve the issue.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
